Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy 

To protect our customers, a Returned Material Authorization Number (RMA) is required for ALL returns.

Obtaining an RMA is as easy as 1-2-3!

  1. Call (480) 926-4363
  2. We'll need your name, order number, item number, reason for return, and a daytime phone number.
  3. At this point, we will provide detail instructions.

 Most Unopened Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Diamond Medical Equipment LLC charges a 25% restocking fee.
  • Shipping charges are paid by the customer.
  • Returned Items must be unused and in new condition, in original packaging.
  • Return items must be shipped insured, and shipped within 7 days of when the RMA is issued.
  • Refund may take up to 30 days after we receive the returned goods. This varies based upon the original payment method. 

IMPORTANT: For safety and hygienic reasons, Sales are final on the following items:
Sterile products, cushions and back cushions, mattresses, bathroom safety items, up lift seats, lift chairs, hygiene products, gloves, custom orders, and unused nutrition items.

Defective Items

  • Defective items can be exchanged for a new "like item" or store credit. Credit will be given after returned item has been inspected.
  • Please contact us by calling (480) 926-4363 and we will schedule a pick up for return.
  • Missed scheduled pick up is subject to a $25 fee.


  • Contact us by calling (480) 926-4363 as soon as possible. We will attempt to halt the shipping process.
  • If your order has already been shipped. It will be handled as a return after your received the package.

Refused Shipments

  • Refused shipments will be charged a shipping fee and a 25% restocking fee.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Where do you Ship?

We Ship to US addresses only, All 50 States. Special arrangements must be made for shipments to Alaska & Hawaii.

How soon will you ship my order?

Generally, orders ship out on the next business day.

How much does shipping cost?

Final shipping cost is based upon your order total and the shipping method used. Our shipping rates are very competitive and in many cases, free or lower than our competitors. 

Do you have Free Shipping?

Yes. Many of our products ship for Free. When your order total, before sales tax is more $100 or more, shipping is free.

Will you ship to a PO Box?

We are not able to shipped to PO Boxes. Please contact us at 1-855-926-4367 to discuss other options. 

Will you ship to a Health Care Facility?

Yes. Please be sure to provide the Facility Name, full address and your room number.

I am in the Phoenix area, can I pick up my order?

Do you deliver medical equipment rentals such as home and portable oxygen concentrator rentals, wheelchair rentals, and hospital bed rentals?

Yes, within our local delivery area! Since our medical equipment rental rates are the lowest prices in the Phoenix valley, additional delivery fees may apply to rented equipment. It's not much, so please call 480-926-4363 for details.

Do you accept Insurance?

Yes. Diamond Medical Equipment is contracted with many insurance carriers as well as Medicare. Give us a call at 480-926-4363 to get details and information.

Do you really ship to Alaska and Hawaii? 

Since we have merchandise warehoused in Alaska and Hawaii, many of our products will ship faster than you may expect. However, on some products you will pay actual freight costs.
